The "fire 1-6 shots randomly" item currently feels underwhelming because immunity frames apply against all projectiles instead of the specific projectile that hit them.
This game seems like it'll be really good! The underlying framework is fun.
I would change doors to be an area instead of requesting E to entering in it, or at least make a small E key popup when close to a door. I also miss a pause menu to restart or go back to the menu. Another thing, I know that procedural map generation is hard, but I think is kind dumb that you can start next to the boss and enter there right away, maybe create a key that can open the boss could be a solution. I think the game is fun, well polished, but too hard for a first world. I would lowering down the difficult. Good luck and keep going!
