I would change doors to be an area instead of requesting E to entering in it, or at least make a small E key popup when close to a door. I also miss a pause menu to restart or go back to the menu. Another thing, I know that procedural map generation is hard, but I think is kind dumb that you can start next to the boss and enter there right away, maybe create a key that can open the boss could be a solution. I think the game is fun, well polished, but too hard for a first world. I would lowering down the difficult. Good luck and keep going!
